Their mission is to build an inclusive world for people living with cognitive challenges through purposeful play and reach 10 million minutes of purposeful play per day in 2035.
Tover is entering a new chapter, and it's built on change: a next-generation product built to reach a hundred times more people, a widening circle of strategic partners who back what they are building, and a fundamental rethink of how they manufacture and move their products into the world. None of these shifts are small, and none of them are finished. That's exactly the point - this is a Finance role for someone who wants to help build the plane while it's already in the air, not manage a business that's already settled into cruising altitude.
The Position
Tover is at a pivotal point. The new Finance & Operations Director brings structure and clarity while that change is still unfolding — strengthening the foundation on which Tover's next phase of growth will rest.
In this role, you connect strategy directly to practice. You bring rhythm to the operation, sharpness to decision-making, and the substantiation that the leadership team, the bank, and investor Karmijn Kapitaal need to move forward with confidence. You're not the one keeping score after the fact; you help write the next chapter as it happens.
The Finance & Operations Director is part of the leadership team and acts as the strategic and critical sparring partner for the Managing Director/CEO and Karmijn Kapitaal. You put the multidisciplinary teams at the center, lead them, and build Tover further into a scalable platform — with the same rigor and conviction they bring to taking play seriously.
