As a business coach I am responsible for the ODC competence measurement tool at Navigator Network.
In the Navigator Network searches we are always looking for the best and most suitable candidate. But we go one step further. On request, we integrate an ODC measurement in the procedure. In that case, the necessary competences for the candidates on the short list are translated into (match) profiles. This provides insight into leadership styles and management competencies and a clear strengths / weaknesses analysis with associated development opportunities.
The ODC measurement, in combination with professional guidance, offers managers the foundation to be successful from their essence. The powerful and unique thing about the ODC measurement compared to traditional instruments is the measurement in text and image. As a result, in addition to what you know (cognitive), ODC also measures your preferences (associative) from your individual and collective subconscious.
